Matthew (Matt) Kelsall is a Director in the Power and Renewables Practice. He has more than 12 years of corporate finance, merger and acquisition and capital markets experience across several industries.
Mr. Kelsall has extensive experience in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and corporate development. He drives progress by identifying opportunities for organizational and revenue growth, presents strategic, data-driven analyses to C-suite executives, and cultivates a positive internal culture while developing high-performing teams.
Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Kelsall spent six years at Newmont Corporation in roles spanning from Corporate Development, Strategic Finance and Investor Relations. Prior to Newmont, Mr. Kelsall spent six years at GVC Capital LLC, a boutique investment bank located in Greenwood Village, CO.
Mr. Kelsall holds Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Colorado at Boulder, a Master of Finance from University of Colorado at Denver and a Master of Business Analytics from the University of Colorado at Denver.
