Matt Most

Matt MostAs Vice President of Government Relations, Matt’s team is responsible for U.S. policy initiatives and governmental relationships for Encana Oil and Gas, Inc. Previous to his current assignment, Matt led Encana Natural Gas, Inc., providing compressed and liquefied natural gas fueling solutions to a variety of industries. 

Matt serves on several professional and community boards, including the Anti-Defamation League Mountain States, Downtown Denver Partnership, Children’s Museum of Denver, Institute for Science & Policy Advisory Council, Jewish Community Relations Council (Colorado), Junior Achievement - Rocky Mountain, Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, Oklahoma Oil & Gas Association, Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association, Texas Oil & Gas Association, and the University of Colorado Denver Business School.

Matt joined Encana in 2010 from Edison Mission Energy where he held an array of energy trading and environmental policy positions. He also served as Chairperson of the Environmental Markets Association for three years and as Director for five years.  Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from Clark University in Environmental Science and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
