$50 domestic, $75 international application fee
Copy of your graduate degree transcript – unofficial is sufficient
English language proficiency – if applicable
A letter from your dean or academic advisor stating that you are in good academic standing and the requested business courses will be accepted for your degree program – if applicable
As a note, courses are for-credit and cannot be taken on a pass/fail or non-credit basis. Courses later can be applied to a graduate degree and are reflected in graduate GPA calculations.

CU Denver Business School applicants
You are allowed to take one or two courses or up to six credit hours in one term if you have:
- Completed a baccalaureate degree at an accredited institution
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Not taken the GMAT
You must complete the admission requirements to be accepted as a non-degree student. After one semester, you must be accepted to a graduate business degree program at the CU Denver Business School to continue taking graduate business courses.
Current MBA or MS students at another accredited business school
Students currently admitted to an MBA or MS program at another regionally accredited business school may take classes in the CU Denver Business School.
Individuals seeking to fulfill CPA requirements
Working professionals looking to complete the CPA need to fulfill educational hours and are eligible to take accounting and/or taxation courses at the CU Denver Business School. You must complete the admission requirements to be accepted as a non-degree student.
Admissions
The Business School determines an applicant's eligibility to take graduate business courses once all application materials have been received. Incomplete or late applications are not processed. Applicants are notified of their eligibility to take graduate business courses by email.
Anyone who has been previously denied admission to a CU Denver Business School graduate degree program is not eligible for non-degree status.
