The University of Colorado Denver Business School and series partner, XL Edge, Denver's certified multicultural marketing firm, will host a business speaker series dedicated to advancing the practice of diversity, equity and inclusion among Colorado’s leaders in higher education, business, nonprofit and government. We invite you to attend Denver’s Multicultural Business Series, “Align with America’s Emerging Majority”, a quarterly series where attendees can meet the guest speakers, expand network opportunities and enhance their individual and organization’s cultural aptitude.
The vision for the multicultural business series, “Align with America’s Emerging Majority”, is to help leaders:
- Align the organizational mission and values with stated DEI objectives and learn how to integrate them into the general business plan.
- Leverage DEI as an innovative advantage as the organization prepares for 2040 when America becomes a minority-majority.
- Improve accessibility for those that DEI programs are intended.
- Foster collaboration between local leaders and CU Denver Business School faculty and administration on the road to establishing successful DEI practices.

One out of four children born in the United States is Hispanic and/or Latinx, and as this new generation assumes their buying power, it will become even more important to focus marketing efforts on Hispanic and Latinx communities.
