GIS is the student organization focused on risk management, insurance, actuarial sciences, and finance majors. We help students prepare for their future careers by offering exclusive professional development opportunities. We host dynamic networking opportunities, professional panels, and various industry conferences. Students will have the opportunity to network with potential hiring managers and coworkers. Our parent organization, Gamma Iota Sigma, has a big international reach as well. Their international conference is held in a different city every year and a great way for students to walk away with internship or job offers. Applications are required to become a member.
