Troy D. Sibelius, CIC, CRM, CRP, FASLA, serves as Executive Director of the Risk Management & Insurance (RMI) Program at the University of Colorado Denver Business School. A seasoned risk management executive and former Executive Vice President and Shareholder of The Buckner Company, Troy brings more than 30 years of experience specializing in the commercial property and casualty insurance market. Throughout his career, he has led agency operations, developed specialized industry programs, cultivated strategic partnerships, and advised organizations on insurance and risk management solutions across a broad range of industries. Recognized for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to connecting industry, academia, and community partners, Troy is dedicated to expanding opportunities for students and advancing excellence in risk management education and practice.
