Mission and Purpose
Mission: Through innovative programming and tailored support, FaM aims to dismantle barriers to college success, welcome and validate diverse lived experiences, and shape the next generation of equity-minded leaders. With FaM, we're not just creating a support system, we serve as a bridge between talented first-generation and multicultural students from all walks of life and forward-thinking companies, enriching their talent pool and fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation
Purpose: To nurture emerging first-generation and multicultural leaders in business - a powerful driver for good - by supporting their degree completion and career readiness.
