Mission, Purpose, Values
Mission: Our program supports first-generation and multicultural students pursuing an education and business career to achieve their goals for themselves, their communities, and society by equipping them with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
Purpose: To nurture emerging first-generation and multicultural leaders in business - a powerful driver for good - by supporting their degree completion and career readiness.
