Shadow Day
Would you like to learn what a risk or insurance career looks like? Each semester the RMI program hosts a shadow day. Local companies host our students for a half or full day experience. Employers range from small local companies to large international firms. This event is open to all CU Denver students interested in learning more about the industry.
Student membership in RMI Industry organizations
As a CU Denver RMI student, you are invited to become a member of many RMI industry associations. You can attend a variety of RMI industry events, including monthly meetings and national conferences. Most if not all expenses may be paid. These industry groups include RIMS, CPCU, PRIMA, RMIIA, PIIAC and CO-SIA, which provide excellent networking and educational opportunities.
Study Abroad in London
Learn how risk is transferred globally. This is a unique international course of intensive study for undergraduate and graduate business and risk management students. You will get a distinctive immersion experience in global risk management and insurance in the insurance capital of the world.
